Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking a service with Fresh N Tidy Cleaning, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business, ensuring clear expectations and high-quality service.

2. Services Provided

Fresh N Tidy Cleaning provides:

  • Domestic Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning
  • Carpet Steam Cleaning
  • End of Lease Cleaning
  • NDIS Cleaning
  • Additional specialised cleaning services (on request)

We reserve the right to refuse any job that is unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond the scope of services offered.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking system (when available).
  • Payment is required in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept Bank Transfer, PayID, and other methods as specified on our invoices.
  • Late payments may incur fees or additional collection costs.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the booking.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
  • If our team arrives on-site and is unable to access the property, the full service fee may still be charged.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Securing valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning.
  • Ensuring pets and children are safe and kept clear of cleaning areas.

6. Liability & Damages

  • Fresh N Tidy Cleaning will take all care but accepts no responsibility for damage due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, or defects in materials/furniture.
  • Any claim for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We are covered by public liability insurance for incidents caused directly by our team.

7. Health & Safety

  • Our cleaners are trained to work safely with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • We reserve the right to refuse jobs that present health risks (e.g., hazardous waste, pest infestations).

8. Guarantee & Limitations

  • We guarantee our cleaning to a professional standard.
  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost (within reason).
  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, heavy damage, or issues outside the control of cleaning.

9. Website & Content

All logos, branding, and content on this website belong to Fresh N Tidy Cleaning. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
